Construction Project Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeoutDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgetsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsReview contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure complianceMonitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholdersManage project documentation, change orders, and RFIsEnsure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standardsIdentify and mitigate project risksConduct site visits and oversee daily operationsMaintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfactionQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)5+ years of construction project management experienceStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulationsProficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyOSHA certification preferredSkills & CompetenciesBudgeting & cost controlScheduling & timeline managementContract administrationRisk managementTeam leadershipProblem-solving & decision-makingCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (based on experience)
