Working collaboratively with subject matter experts and instructional designers, they design high-quality training tailored to Bath Fitter's needs. The ideal candidate has experience in e-learning, multimedia development, educational technology, and program management.Why become a part of the Bath Fitter Team?Fully remote position.Flexible work schedule.Complete group insurance.Gym-free to employees at the TN Plant.401K featuring employer contributions.Attractive employee and corporate discounts.Vacation and mobile days.Opportunity for advancement and professional development.There are many other advantages to discover when you join Bath Fitter!What is the ideal profile for this position?Bachelor's degree in pedagogy, learning technologies, education, or related fields.Minimum of 5 years in instructional design with strong program and project management skills.Passion for storytelling and user-centered design, with experience in graphic design (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).Knowledge of programming concepts (JavaScript, VBA) and usability principles, with experience in learning management systems (LMS, such as CornerStone).Experience with authoring tools Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise is required. Familiarity with Adobe Captivate/Acrobat Pro and Synthesia is considered an asset.Ability to self-manage and meet deadlines.Highly creative with the ability to think strategically and visualize end goals.Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with active listening abilities. Proficiency in French is an asset.As a E-Learning Content & Talent Program Developer, what will your responsibilities be?Collaborate with content owners and subject matter experts to develop proposals for eLearning and Talent Development Program content.Manage multiple eLearning and Talent Program projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.Design and develop interactive eLearning modules, videos, quizzes, and other multimedia content using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.Review and test eLearning modules for functionality, accuracy, and user experience.Support the retention of accurate records for talent development activities and outcomes.Contribute to Leadership Development, performance management, talent planning, mentoring, and career pathing programs.Develop and maintain project documentation, including storyboards, scripts, and design notes.Collaborate with other instructional designers to ensure content aligns with learning objectives and outcomes.We believe life is too short to not be passionate about what we do every day.
