The ideal candidate will handle workman comp claims, unemployment cases, payroll, and HR support for a busy staffing company.Responsibilities:Process payroll, billing, and account reconciliationsHandle Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) unemployment cases and workers' comp claimsPrepare and file payroll taxes, 941/940 forms, W-2s, and 1099sEnsure compliance with state and federal tax lawsAssist with audits and financial reportingRunning reports for clientsQualifications:3 years in Human resources and are up to date with labor laws.Knowledge of TWC procedures and workers' compensation reportingStrong understanding of tax compliance and payroll regulationsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
