Our teams play a crucial role in the comprehensive transformation of our clients, understanding their strategies and implementing them operationally, particularly in customer centricity, operational excellence, and compliance. With proven digital expertise in areas such as customer experience, automation, and data exploitation, we offer a global approach to accelerate financial services and increase their economic impact. Join us to contribute to this exciting and rewarding mission.The missionIn this role, you work for major clients in the financial sector or in connection with payment services, and your duties include:The rollout of strategic operational or digital projectsThe design of upstream business or IT processes (design of new uses/services, organizational design, reengineering of business processes)Accompanying change and the strategy of deployment and evolution of business and/or IT processesThe analysis and optimization of existing client/advisor journeysThe diagnosis of end-to-end processesThe launch of new products/subscription journeysThe monitoring and analysis of regulatory impacts and their operational insertion into processesThe redesign of operational modelsThe definition of the conditions for implementing credit factories, collections, or others.In the context of your operational interventions and the internal development of the firm:You are a key player in selling high-stakes missions and contribute to the firm's value increaseYou supervise consultants in the context of missions or internal cabinet projects (work group, training...)You actively contribute to our practice's publication policy (writing articles, studies, press releases...)Qualifications Graduated from an engineering, business school, or equivalent, you have at least 9 years of experience in financial sector missions and significant experience in a consulting firm.Thanks to your experience and methodological, writing, relationship, and management skills, you are able to adapt to different client environments and work in a dynamic team.The challenge motivates you?
