Site Supervisor

Our work keeps rail operations moving safely and efficiently-and our supervisors play a key part in that mission.Key ResponsibilitiesLead staffing efforts, coordinate scheduling, and support onboarding and training for new employeesChampion a safe work environment through consistent training, vehicle inspections, maintenance, and cleanlinessServe as the primary bridge between field employees and corporate teamsPartner with the Regional Manager to ensure all assigned locations operate at peak efficiencyWork closely with Risk Management to report and resolve safety concerns, violations, injuries, and incidentsQualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must be able to meet each essential duty and responsibility at a high level.Minimum 21 years of ageStrong verbal and written communication skillsValid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the last three yearsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent6 months-1 year of experience in team leadership, supervision, or a similar roleKey SkillsStrong administrative and computer skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to make quick, sound decisionsClear, professional communication with the ability to respond concisely and confidentlyIf you are a reliable, patient leader who takes pride in helping others grow-and you're driven by the importance of essential service-we encourage you to apply and join a team that keeps North America's rail operations moving.
