Responsible for scheduling and ensuring the professional development of staff while overseeing the delivery of top-notch treatment services. Your role includes evaluating client progress, implementing company policies, and adhering to regulatory requirements, all while fostering a culture of comprehensive training and mentorship within the team.Conduct vital leadership meetings and serve as the Corporate Compliance Officer, resolving urgent issues with agility. Additionally, you'll monitor program performance and maintain a seamless referral network, all while championing quality improvement initiatives and supporting outreach efforts.
