You have found your passion, Westgate Resorts will take you to the next level!As a Chef de Cuisine, you will: Train and support the culinary team in the finer points of cooking Build a strong team and stay courteous to all owners, guests and team members Have a keen sense of budget Act as the role model for all health codes and sanitation practices Supervisory ResponsibilitiesDirectly supervise team members at the location, ensuring smooth operations.Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Train, coach, and mentor team members to maintain high performance standards.Plan, assign, and direct work to ensure efficient workflow.Assist in appraising performance and rewarding team members for their contributions.Address complaints and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner to maintain a positive work environment.To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
