Project Manager
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Carmel, NY. As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate various phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, liaising with vendors and subcontractors, leading inspections, and optimizing logistics for material and equipment delivery. You will also ensure compliance with safety regulations and address any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. QualificationsFamiliar with civil construction & public, state & municipality workStrong expertise in Project ManagementCoordinate internal teams, subcontractors, engineers, and suppliersReview drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure complianceReview and approve subcontractor invoices and change ordersPrepare project submittals, schedules, change orders and project requisitionsClose out documents and procedures for completed workAttend project meeting (sometimes on-site) and document meeting minutesMinimum 5 years prior experience in related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Construction ManagementExperience with Logistics Management and coordination of materials and resourcesSkills in conducting and managing Inspection processes to maintain quality and standardsExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilitiesProficiency in relevant project management software is preferred - Procore, Adobe, Excel, Google Drive
