Our construction client is looking for an Assistant Construction Superintendent to oversee their multifamily and senior living projects in the Walnut Creek area. AssistantConstruction AssistantSuperintendent Responsibilities: Provide assistance with preparation of daily reports documenting the job site progress Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, designers, consultants, and the surrounding community Assist with QA/QC for the project Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment and administer Environmental, Health and Safety Management Program AssistantConstruction AssistantSuperintendent Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent/applicable degree 3+ years experience on construction projects Ground up multifamily and or senior living experience required AssistantConstructionAssistantSuperintendent Benefits: Salary: $140-160K Gas card for travel to sites Health/Dental/Vision coverage Paid time off
