The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong focus on overseeing a segment-wide project portfolio, ensuring that all projects are in line with the organization's goals, and driving operational excellence through standardized project management practices. This role is pivotal in leading a multi-faceted team to deliver high-impact implementations and projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while also promoting a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include providing leadership and hands-on guidance to a team of professionals involved in the implementation of large-scale, intricate outsourced services, and collaborating with an Enterprise Technology Project Management Office. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a Master's or MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in project and program management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading enterprise PMOs or large-scale transformation initiatives and possess knowledge of various project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, and SAFe.
