Lead DeveloperAre you a creative problem solver? Do you embrace your end users business problem as your own? Do you like to work independently around amazingly intelligent people? Do you like to be set up for success, and get handsomely rewarded for your results? Would you like the chance for your incredible business/development idea to be funded? If you answered yes to the above questions the you have the right stuff to be one of our Lead Developers. In this position you will develop complex applications both web and standalone while solving challenging business problems. The perfect candidate must be able to not only code, but have a high social IQ for managing client expectations. We are looking for self-starters who are able to embrace a business problem, grab the project, and run with it. We expect set and forget, we do not micromanage! The successful candidate will be working in teams consisting of contract and permanent employees and interacting with all levels of management.
