We are looking for retail sales associate to join our growing Riki Dalal family! Riki Dalal is among the best Israeli bridal designers in the world with 3 current flagship boutiques including Downtown Walnut Creek.
What You’ll Do:
Personalized Bridal Consultations: Work closely with brides-to-be, understanding their vision and guiding them to find the perfect dress.
Expert Styling: Offer expert advice on bridal gowns, fit options, and style, ensuring each bride leaves feeling confident and beautiful.
Customer Relationship Building: Create a warm, welcoming environment, establishing lasting relationships with clients.
Team Collaboration: Assist in maintaining the boutique’s presentation and supporting the team with daily operations.
Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales goals through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for Bridal Fashion: A keen eye for style and a love for all things bridal.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to listen, understand, and fulfill our brides’ needs.
Sales Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required. A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Customer-Centric Attitude: A friendly, approachable demeanor and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
