Riki Dalal, is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Part-Time Bridal Stylist to join our team, with the potential to grow into an Assistant Manager role. We are looking for retail sales associate to join our growing Riki Dalal family! Riki Dalal is among the best Israeli bridal designers in the world with 3 current flagship boutiques including Downtown Walnut Creek. What You’ll Do: Personalized Bridal Consultations: Work closely with brides-to-be, understanding their vision and guiding them to find the perfect dress. Expert Styling: Offer expert advice on bridal gowns, fit options, and style, ensuring each bride leaves feeling confident and beautiful. Customer Relationship Building: Create a warm, welcoming environment, establishing lasting relationships with clients. Team Collaboration: Assist in maintaining the boutique’s presentation and supporting the team with daily operations. Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales goals through excellent customer service and product knowledge. What We’re Looking For: Passion for Bridal Fashion: A keen eye for style and a love for all things bridal. Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to listen, understand, and fulfill our brides’ needs. Sales Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required. A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Customer-Centric Attitude: A friendly, approachable demeanor and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed. Skills required: Target Driven Leader Mentor and train sales reps Recruit, hire, and train new salespeople Create sales forecasts Analyze performance data Design and implement sales strategy Continuously iterate on the sales process Customer services skills Bridal experience preffered. Ideal candidate Want to learn Proactive, flexible and adaptable Target driven Tenacious, hardworking and reliable Able to demonstrate good commercial awareness Possess a creative approach to merchandising An inquisitive mind with a good eye for detail Experience of cash handling Knowledge in bridal and haute couture isn't necessary Knowledge of pattern, alterations and design as a bonus. Marketing knowledge and understanding. Love Growing You do not need to have a special degree in fashion, genuine interest in fashion or bridal will be necessary.
