Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift - Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction - Coordinate and supervise food service activities, including catering and banquet events - Monitor food production and ensure quality standards are met - Manage inventory control and ordering of supplies - Train and develop team members on proper food service and kitchen management procedures - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that arise during the shift Skills: - Strong background in food service and customer service - Experience in catering and banquet operations - Knowledge of food service management principles and practices - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks - Proficient in inventory control and ordering processes - Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is a plus - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
