Our organization is in search of a passionate and skilled Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Medical Director to guide our Regional Maternal Fetal Medicine team based in West Michigan.This leadership position will involve providing physician oversight and direction for our Maternal Fetal Medicine Service Line. The Medical Director will work closely with the Administrative & Clinical Director for Women's & Children's Services in a collaborative dyad relationship, alongside our OB/GYN Medical Directors in Grand Rapids and the Lakeshore. This is an exciting opportunity to influence and elevate our Maternal Fetal program within a mission-focused organization committed to making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.Key Responsibilities:Clinical Leadership: Direct and manage the Maternal Fetal Medicine service line, ensuring the delivery of top-notch care for complex maternal fetal cases.Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals experiencing high-risk pregnancies, including diagnostic, consultative, and management services. Collaborate closely with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other specialists to ensure seamless care coordination.Program Development: Partner with administrative and clinical leaders to develop and enhance our Maternal Fetal Medicine program.
