Job SummaryEnsure that all environmental cleaning assigned to positions is completed.Essential FunctionsReplenish Enforse and acid.Replenish footbath chemicals.Foam area around foot foamers.Refill hand sanitizers.Culture freezers wipe down tops.Culture room sweep & mop.Culture room pick-up area.Sweep salt room.Inspect CIP Centers for leaks at pumps, valves, etc.Add foam nox into caustic tanks (1gal to 3000, 4000 2gal to 31000, 41000).Foam vacuum pump room floors and clean drain pans.Foam 2000 CIP Room (floor).Foam 3000, 4000 CIP (floor).Sanitize all water hose nozzles.Titrate doorway sanitizers.Maintain CIP - 1000, 3000, 3100, 4000, and 4100.Utilizes GPS processes, driving zero losses and upholds the culture of Southwest Cheese non-negotiables.Each employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act which are applicable to his/her own actions and conduct.Complies with all applicable food safety regulations and mandates. (Food Safety Modernization Act- FSMA, Safe Quality Foods, Food and Drug Admin, Pasteurized Milk Ordinance)Additional Functions* Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiply projects simultaneously and delegate assignments to others.Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
