Intake Specialist - REMOTE

Overview In this remote role, you will be the frontline contact for prospective lemon law clients, guiding them through the intake process and scheduling consultations with attorneys. You’ll drive initial engagement with strong phone-based communication to convert inquiries into qualified leads. You will collaborate with the legal team to capture accurate information and support client needs.
