TN01 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our manufacturing team, contributing to the efficient production of high-quality electronic and mechanical components. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling complex electro-mechanical systems, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate assembly. Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other precision instruments to perform assembly tasks with high accuracy. Solder surface mount technology (SMT) components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following IPC 610 standards. Build electrical panels, wire harnesses, and electro-mechanical assemblies in compliance with safety protocols. Conduct troubleshooting during assembly processes by referencing electrical schematics and schematics for defect identification. Verify component placement and wiring integrity using ohmmeters and other testing equipment. Follow blueprint specifications meticulously to meet manufacturing quality standards. Collaborate with engineering teams during prototype development or process improvements. Maintain a clean, organized workspace ensuring compliance with safety regulations at all times. Skills Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Experience with PCB assembly, surface mount technology (SMT), and electrical wiring. Skilled in soldering techniques adhering to IPC 610 standards. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electro-mechanical components. Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes including machining, use of calipers, and power tools. Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues using multimeters such as ohmmeters. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes related to electronics assembly and electrical panel building. Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience in machining or mechanical assembly tasks. Ability to interpret engineering troubleshooting guides and schematics accurately. Attention to detail in following blueprint specifications and quality standards throughout the assembly process.
