This role is ideal for a high-potential professional with experience in healthcare, sales operations, or business coordination who wants exposure to healthcare technology, partnerships, and regulated markets. This is an execution, coordination, and growth role supporting senior leadership as we scale partnerships across healthcare and government markets.Responsibilities:Partner Pipeline & Coordination? Maintain accurate tracking of channel partners across the pipeline (identified, qualified, contracting, onboarding, deployment)? Coordinate partner meetings, demos, and follow-ups? Prepare weekly pipeline and status reports for leadershipPartner Research & Qualification Support? Research prospective partners (SNF operators, MSOs, platforms, government-adjacent organizations)? Compile briefing materials and background summaries? Support structured partner qualification processesPartner Onboarding & Enablement? Coordinate partner onboarding and training logistics? Track training completion and readiness milestones? Distribute sales materials, documentation, and enablement resourcesPerformance Tracking & Reporting? Track key partner metrics such as:o Time-to-first-meetingo Time-to-first-deploymento Devices committed vs. deployed? Assist with Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation? Flag risks or delays early to leadershipCross-Functional Support? Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, finance, operations) to keep partner processes moving?
