Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

We're growing and looking for an experienced dispatcher to join our team! Position Summary We're seeking a reliable, organized Dispatcher to coordinate scheduling, manage technician routing, and deliver outstanding customer service. You'll be the hub that keeps our field operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians efficiently Manage the daily dispatch board and optimize technician routes Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling and inquiries Communicate job details, updates, and changes to field technicians Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed Process work orders and maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan Coordinate emergency and after-hours service calls Support the operations team with administrative tasks as needed Requirements Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience (HVAC/plumbing industry preferred) ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and multitasking skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve quickly Proficiency with computers and scheduling software Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Nice to Have Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Knowledge of the Albuquerque metro area Experience in the home services industry What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive, family-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Serving the community you live in MGP Mechanical LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
