SAP Transformation Manager, IT, Penguin Random House (Open to Remote) Penguin Random House's IT Department seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Transformation professional to lead and support end-to-end transformation initiatives from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. The role involves business process redesign, system implementation, data migration, and stakeholder engagement to ensure a successful digital transformation.ResponsibilitiesLead or support SAP S/4HANA transformation programs (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid)Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimizationCollaborate with stakeholders to define future‐state processes aligned with S/4HANADrive system design, configuration, and integration across SAP modulesManage and execute data migration activities using SAP toolsSupport testing phases and ensure defect resolutionCoordinate with technical teams on custom developments and integrationsEnsure compliance with SAP best practicesProvide cutover planning and go‐live supportDeliver user training and post‐go‐live supportManage team of SAP S/4HANA functional analystsQualifications5+ years of SAP experience with at least one S/4HANA implementationStrong knowledge of SAP ECC vs S/4HANA differencesExpertise in SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, or PPFluency with data migration toolsStrong business process mapping and re‐engineering skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with RISE with SAP or cloud deploymentsKnowledge of SAP BTPFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesKey CompetenciesStrategic thinking and problem‐solvingLeadership and team collaborationChange management and adaptabilityStrong analytical skillsCompensation & Benefits The salary range for this position is $130,000–$160,000, based on experience and fluency level. All positions are eligible for an annual profit award or bonus, subject to company results.
