Job Description Job OverviewWe are seeking skilled Structural Welders to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling structural components with precision and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of welding techniques, blueprint reading, and mechanical systems to ensure high-quality construction projects.DutiesPerform MIG and TIG welding on structural steel components according to detailed blueprints and schematicsRead and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructionsWelding stainless steel structural components using the Flux-Core processRead and work from detailed blueprints, and perform 3G, and 4G welds in all positions including overhead and vertical, in high-pressure, demanding environmentUse calipers, basic math skills, and measuring tools to ensure precise fit-up of partsConduct machining tasks as needed for component fabrication or modificationMaintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper equipment handlingCollaborate with team members on complex projects requiring mechanical knowledge and schematics interpretationQualificationsProven experience in MIG and TIG welding within manufacturing or construction environmentsMust pass a 3g, 4g flux-core plate text, 1" visual/bend, stringer beads only4 years of structural welding experienceAbility to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentCompany DescriptionFounded with a commitment to excellence, we are a premier staffing solutions provider specializing in the commercial construction industry.
