About the RoleRemarcable is seeking a Manager, Business Development to lead our Business Development Representative (BDR) team as we scale our go-to-market motion in the construction technology space.Selling into construction is different - it requires curiosity, grit, and the ability to translate complex operational challenges into clear business value. In this role, you will help a team of BDRs confidently engage contractors and construction leaders, generate high-quality pipeline, and serve as the foundation of our revenue engine.This role is ideal for a manager who thrives on coaching, developing early-career sales talent, and bringing structure and consistency to outbound execution in a fast-growing SaaS environment.What You'll DoPeople Leadership & CoachingLead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs, with a strong emphasis on skill-building, confidence, and career growth.Run regular 1:1s, team meetings, call reviews, and ongoing training sessions.Motivate and inspire the team while setting clear expectations and accountability.Pipeline & ExecutionOwn BDR performance against monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings and pipeline creation.Ensure consistent, high-quality outbound execution across calls, email, and LinkedIn.Coach BDRs on messaging that resonates with construction industry personas and buying teams.Most importantly, create an experience for customers that protects and enhances Remarcable's reputation in the market.Process, Strategy & Cross-Functional PartnershipBuild and refine BDR processes, playbooks, and outreach strategies as the company scales.Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to align on ICP, messaging, campaigns, and meeting quality.Improve handoff quality from BDRs to Account Executives to ensure strong conversionOperational ExcellenceMaintain high standards for CRM hygiene, reporting, and activity tracking in Salesforce.Use data and dashboards to identify trends, gaps, and coaching opportunities.Bring organization, repeatability, and clarity to a growing outbound function.What You Bring2-5 years of BDR / SDR management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.Demonstrated success coaching and developing early-career sales professionalsA highly organized approach to leading teams, managing performance, and running cadence.Strong understanding of the sales funnel from prospecting through opportunity handoff.Comfort operating in a startup or scale-up environment with an evolving product and process.Nice to HaveExperience selling into construction, trades, or field-based industriesExposure to construction technology, ERP-adjacent products, or vertical SaaS.Familiarity with new technology (i.e. AI) to increase efficiency and improve customer experience.Who You ArePassionate about developing people and building strong team cultureMotivational, empathetic, and direct in your coaching styleCurious and eager to learn a complex industry and buyer landscapeOrganized, intentional, and thoughtful with your timeHonest, respectful, and accountable - you lead by exampleAbout Remarcable, Inc.Remarcable is a Series A-funded SaaS company revolutionizing how contractors work.
