Role SummaryAn established building automation organisation is seeking an experienced BAS Delta DDC Programmer to take ownership of programming and delivery across complex, large‑scale BAS projects. This is a fully remote role with limited travel, suited to a senior‑level professional who enjoys building systems from the ground up and working with Delta Controls technologies at depth.About the OrganisationThe business operates as a specialist building automation contractor and systems integrator, delivering high‑quality BAS solutions across commercial and mission‑critical environments. The team is technically strong, delivery‑focused, and known for giving experienced engineers the autonomy to do their best work while supporting long‑term development and retention. Role ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement Delta Controls DDC programmes for large‑scale BAS projectsBuild complete BAS architectures from scratch, including controller strategies, graphics, and system logicProgramme and configure Delta systems using platforms such as enteliWEB and enteliVISIONCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to translate sequences of operation into robust control solutionsSupport commissioning activities and resolve complex programming and system integration issuesReview and optimise existing control strategies for performance, reliability, and maintainabilityProvide technical guidance to internal teams where required, acting as a subject‑matter expert in Delta BASProduce clear, well‑structured documentation to support handover and long‑term system support Required Experience and SkillsMinimum of 5 years' experience programming Building Automation or BMS systemsProven experience delivering large‑scale BAS systems from initial build through to completionStrong hands‑on expertise with Delta Controls DDC programmingDemonstrated experience with Delta platforms including enteliWEB and enteliVISIONSolid understanding of BAS architectures, networking, and control strategiesAbility to work independently in a remote environment while contributing effectively to project teamsStrong problem‑solving skills and a methodical, detail‑focused approach Additional or Desirable ExperienceExperience supporting commissioning or system validation activitiesExposure to multi‑site or enterprise‑level BAS deploymentsFamiliarity with integration protocols such as BACnet or ModbusExperience working on complex commercial, institutional, or industrial facilitiesSystems and Technologies (strongly desired)Delta Controls DDCenteliWEBenteliVISIONEnterprise‑levelBAS architectures and integrationsLocation, Travel, and Working PatternFully remote roleUp to 20 percent travel as required for key project phases or site support
