Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Salesforce Technical Lead to architect and build the systems that power our acquisition platform.This is not a traditional CRM role. You will design and implement a centralized deal sourcing, underwriting, and workflow automation engine within Salesforce—integrating fragmented data sources, managing external vendors, and deploying AI-driven tools to improve speed and decision-making.You will work directly with leadership and have full ownership over how data and systems drive deal flow across the business.This role is responsible for turning fragmented data and processes into a scalable acquisition platform. Core ResponsibilitiesOwn and architect the Salesforce data model supporting deal sourcing, pipeline management, and underwriting Build and maintain custom applications using Apex, Lightning, and APIs Develop automated workflows to ingest, clean, score, and route acquisition opportunities Design and manage data pipelines across internal systems and third-party sources Ensure data integrity, including normalization, deduplication, and reporting accuracy Integrate external platforms (listing sites, broker feeds, APIs, internal datasets) Implement and test AI tools and APIs to enhance sourcing, filtering, and analysis Manage external vendors and partners (developers, data providers, integration platforms) to execute system initiatives Own third-party relationships, including performance, cost management, and delivery timelines Establish system architecture standards and development best practices Partner with acquisitions and operations teams to translate business processes into scalable systems Qualifications5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning, APIs) Strong background in data architecture, database design, and data management Experience building and managing data pipelines and multi-source integrations Experience managing or coordinating third-party vendors and technical partners Demonstrated ability to build end-to-end systems, not just individual features Deep experience with API integrations and external data ingestion Exposure to AI/automation tools (OpenAI APIs, Zapier, custom scripts, etc.) preferred Ability to operate independently with full ownership of systems Strong communication skills with a practical, business-oriented mindset PreferredSalesforce certifications (Developer, Architect) Experience in real estate, finance, or transaction-driven environments
