Job DescriptionDescriptionCPH is a multi-disciplined Engineering and Architectural design firm that ranks in the nation’s Top 500 Design Firms by ENR Magazine.CPH has an opening for the following position: Project Manager - Water/Wastewater\n\nThe Project Manager plays a fundamental role in leading and overseeing projects from initiation through to successful completion under some or minimal supervision. This position is responsible for driving project excellence by thoroughly coordinating the efforts of projects teams, contractors, and vendors to meet and exceed project objectives. The Project Manager ensures that every phase of the project stays to budget constraints and upholds the highest standards of quality. This role involves tactical collaboration with stakeholders, senior management, and cross-functional teams to drive project success and align with organizational goals.Duties Include:\nDevelop projects plans, including the scope of work, timeframe, and budget\nAssist senior staff to integrate the efforts of engineering teams, designers, contractors, and vendors to achieve optimal project outcomes.\nSupport senior management to develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.\nAssist with proposals and contract preparation\nManage contract budgets.\nCoordinate with CPH staff across the organization to stablish and guarantee quality standards in the outcomes to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.\nKeep records about the status of the project.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nRequirements/Abilities\nProficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook and familiarity with Deltek Vision and Smartsheet or similar software platforms.\nExperience with Civil 3D\nValid stated-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.\nComfortable working and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.\nAbility to effectively multi-task while adhering to project schedules and budgets.\nStrict adherence to deadlines.\nKnowledge of codes, design, and construction practices.\nAbility to effectively lead and inspire a team.\nDetail oriented, quality conscious, reliable and self-motivated.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelors Degree in Civil Engineering\n5+ years of experience with civil design projects for site development, drainage, or municipal projects\nCompensation & Benefits\nDependent upon experience.\nCPH offers Medical, Dental and Vision and Long-Term Disability with a quality insurance company.\nCompany Paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability.\n401K, Paid Personal Time Off, Paid Holidays, and Paid Paternal Leave.\nCPH is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action/Drug Free Work Environment Employer.About CPHCPH is a multi-disciplined design firm that’s growing quickly across the country.  Our diverse team of almost 400 individuals are the heartbeat of our company and the reason for our success.  The unique contributions that people bring to our firm sets us apart and allows us to bring exceptional service to the communities and clients we serve.   At CPH, we offer small company culture with a big company presence.
