We are hiring for a Concrete Estimator that can be located in our Davidson, NC Headquarters. You will work with some of the most intelligent construction and engineering professionals who have built unique projects . You will have access to BIM Modelers for takeoff and the latest software programs to make your job easier. You will bid the whole job and not a piece of it. Our projects are unique so each job will be different; not the same thing every day.If you are looking to sharpen your skills, be part of a close-knit precon group, and be a contributor to the company's success; this job is for you.Essential DutiesReview project documents to determine scope and bid strategyPerform detailed quantity takeoffsDetermine vendor and subcontractor needsDevelop preliminary schedule and project sequence Construction PhaseReview drawing revisions and project updates to assist Operations Team in pricing changesNotify Operations Team of changes in proposed bid sequence and scheduleOther ResponsibilitiesManage estimate information in an organized and neat fashionUpdate and maintain preconstruction reportingWork as part of the Preconstruction Team to achieve company goalsID21 Position RequirementsEducation and/or Experience2-year degree minimum/4-year degree preferredAt least 4 years of estimating or 5 years of project management experienceExperience with estimating & takeoff software is a plus.Equal Opportunity Employer
