Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent at Lake Area Realty, based in Dadeville, AL. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, serving as their trusted advisor throughout the entire process. Daily tasks include property showings, market research, creating and maintaining listings, negotiating contracts, and providing unparalleled customer service. While some onsite presence is required, there is flexibility for remote work as needed. Qualifications Must hold a valid Real Estate License.Strong knowledge or experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.Proven Customer Service and Sales skills relevant to the real estate industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.Proficiency in property management software or familiarity with real estate CRM tools is advantageous.Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a hybrid environment.Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
