About the CompanyOur client is a v30 firm that is seeking a finance associate in law school class years 2018 through 2024 to join their market leading Business Restructuring & Reorganization team.About the RoleCandidate should have significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in connection with liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings and/or special situations financings.ResponsibilitiesAssociates will have the opportunity to work on high profile, top of the capital structure representations.Including representing hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in both chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings.QualificationsLaw school class years 2018 through 2024.Must be admitted the bar. Must have experience from peer firm.Required SkillsSignificant experience representing creditors or borrowers.Experience with liability management transactions.Experience with DIP financings.Experience with bankruptcy exit financings.Experience with special situations financings.Preferred SkillsExperience in high profile representations.Familiarity with chapter 11 cases.Experience in out of court restructurings.
