Warren Averett is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for our Montgomery, AL office. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience.ResponsibilitiesMaintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travelEstablish rapport with new clients and maintain relationships with current clientsAssist in completing projects and through analysis and presentation of informationResponsible for all administrative correspondence (writing, editing, proofing documents, maintaining emails, memos, etc...)Assist with document process and e-filingAttention to detail is a mustExperience proofing would be idealRequirementsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceAdvanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite - Specifically Outlook)Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and approach challenging situations with enthusiasm and a positive attitudeMust demonstrate a sense of urgency around critical priorities, but work calmly, independently and effectively under pressure Warren Averett is an equal opportunity employer.
