Warehouse Attendance Manager
Site point of contact to manage, monitor, and resolve issues related to attendance policies/guidelines and attendance related policies, procedures, etc.Conduct, document and appropriately retain documentation of attendance, attendance related discussions including but not limited to return to work, coaching, discipline, termination, ADA notifications and interactive discussions, etc.Understand and administer line of business Attendance Management.Interact or partner with union on attendance related matters and promote union/management climate conducive to achieving goals.Respond to manager on Union Requests for Information (RFI), gather, organize and submit documents to manager, Union, and/or applicable Company leaders.TOP SKILLS REQUIREDBachelor's degree preferred3 to 5 years related experiencePrior experience managing attendance and related issues like FMLA within a large workgroup (~80 persons)Experience working within a bargained/unionized environmentStrong communication and people skillsNotesLocal candidates to Southaven, MS ONLYShift work, possible OT that needs pre-approval.Candidate required to be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National
