Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities: Read technical drawings and set up the machines in accordance with specified blueprints Commit to plant safety procedures and work with safety committee team members Supports AS9100 & ISO requirements for quality policy and procedures Applicant must be able to work in a “Job Shop” type environmentJob Requirements: 3+ years’ machining experience Able to program via manual, conversational or CAM software GD&T knowledge preferred Willing to work overtime as required Ability to work independently Knowledge of MasterCam is preferredMust have own basic machinist tools including but not limited to: Dial/Digital Calipers 0-6 minimum and Micrometer (inches and/or metric) up to 3² Plastic/Rubber Mallet and Adjustable wrench .0005 Indicator and Edge finder Calculator 1-2-3 Precision blocks and Precision parallelsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and possess good communication skills Ability to manage and handle consistent change to day-to-day operations and processesJames Tool is an Equal Opportunity EmployerCompany DescriptionJames Tool has continuously increased its capacity over the last 35 years to provide a large range of precision machining services.
