Role Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust Java applications and microservices.
- Build scalable, high-performance microservices using
- Spring Boot .Develop multithreaded applications and handle concurrency, synchronization, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, and data teams to define APIs and data models.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and work with large databases.
- Work with
- Kafkaand event-driven architectures.
- Participate in CI/CD, code reviews, automated testing, and production support.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Participate in architectural discussions and provide technical guidance.
- Follow security, reliability, and compliance best practices within financial services environments.
Required Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of professional software development experience.
- StrongCore Javaexpertise, preferably Java 8/11/17+.Strong understanding of JVM internals, garbage collection, and performance tuning.
- Extensive experience with
- Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Cloud .Strong
- Microservices Architectureexperience.
Strong: Pythondevelopment experience. Hands-onReactexperience for frontend development.
Strong:
- Kafkaexperience and understanding of event-driven architecture.
- Strongmultithreading and concurrencyknowledge.
- AdvancedSQLskills with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL.Experience with large-scale databases and data structures.
- Experience with
- Docker and Kubernetes .Exposure toAWS, Azure, or GCP .Strong understanding of security, encryption, and compliance.
- Financial services experience is highly preferred, including
- Trading, Risk, Settlements, Market Data, or Regulatory Reporting .Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Prior consulting or client-facing experience.
Experience working in large enterprise or financial-services environments.
Contributions to open-source or internal technology communities.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
