We are a high-powered insurance team with explosive growth. We are looking for licensed life insurance agents to join us. If you're not licensed, our fast-track program will guide you through getting licensed in as little as a few weeks, and we sponsor pre-licensing classes for those who are a good fit.

Leads-Driven Business
No cold calling, door-to-door sales, or similar. We work with clients who have filled out forms, either digital or physical, expressing interest in life insurance. No bait-and-switch tactics. We specialize in selling seniors burial life insurance, cash-value life insurance, and traditional mortgage protection.
Compensation
Highest starting compensation in the industry. Unlike traditional companies which start you at 25%–40% commission, our agents typically start at 70% and can reach up to 140%.

Who We ARE Looking For
An agent who is competent, speaks well, and can communicate effectively.
An agent who isn't scared of showing high premium; our average client pays over $250/month when you know what you're doing.
An agent who doesn't need motivation; you are ready to follow a system that already works.
Our company has partnered with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers who sell high-ticket IUL (indexed universal life), IBC (infinite banking concept), and FIA (fixed indexed annuities). We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium products. We work with a multitude of carriers across the U.S. and do 100% of our business through virtual sales (telephone and/or Zoom). Our average agent spends $1,000 to $1,500 a week on leads, writing between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium.
We do not offer lead-assist programs. We have high starting contracts, a proven training system, a trusted lead source, and we are looking for more agents. We value efficiency and do not waste time.
