The Accounting Associate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing journal entries, maintaining accurate financial records, and using accounting software to record transactions. Other key responsibilities include reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, and supporting overall financial operations for the organization. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and creating accurate Journal Entries (Accounting)Strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Finance principlesExperience with Accounting SoftwareStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, policies, and best practicesStrong communication and organizational skillsGovernment Accounting background is a plus
