First Command is seeking an experienced financial services leader to oversee advisor recruiting, development, and growth within an established region serving military families. This opportunity is designed for professionals with a proven track record of recruiting talent, developing advisors, building teams, and driving business growth. As the Director of Financial Advisor Development & Growth, you will recruit, coach, and develop financial advisors while leading growth initiatives across your region. Required Qualifications Financial services leadership experience Proven success recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and developing talent Track record of building teams and driving organizational growth Strong leadership and communication skills Active Series 6 or Series 7 license Active Series 63/65 or Series 66 license Active Life & Health Insurance license Series 24 license or ability to obtain within 90 days of appointment What Makes This Opportunity Different This is not a producing advisor role.
