Job Title: Caregiver – Assisted Living & Memory Care Location: Dixon, CA Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Make a Difference Every Day – Join Our Compassionate Team! Our RCFE in Dixon provides assisted living and memory care services in a warm, home-like environment. As a caregiver on our team, you’ll help residents feel safe, respected, and valued every day. Our caregivers, Med Techs, and support staff work together to create a welcoming, supportive environment where residents thrive. Pay: Starting at $18/hour – pay increases with experience Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility Provide compassionate care to residents with Alzheimer’s and other memory care needs Assist with meal preparation and feeding when needed Support residents’ social and recreational activities Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to supervisors or Med Techs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Follow all infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols Qualifications: Prior caregiving experience preferred, especially in assisted living or memory care Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong organizational and teamwork skills CPR and First Aid certification preferred (in-person certification required or willingness to obtain) Benefits: Competitive pay with increases based on experience Flexible scheduling Supportive and friendly team environment Opportunities for training and professional development Schedule: Shifts vary (morning, evening, weekend availability preferred) Part-time and full-time positions available How to Apply: Please submit your resume directly through Indeed.
