Entry-Level Warehouse Associate Location: Fenton, MO Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $18 - $22.50 Schedule: Monday - Friday. 8am - 4:30pm About Us Loading Dock Pro specializes in replacement parts for warehouse dock levelers, industrial doors, and much more. Who We're Looking For We're hiring an Entry-Level Warehouse Associate to join our team. No warehouse experience? No problem — we'll train the right person. What matters more to us is a strong work ethic, a good attitude, and someone who takes pride in doing things right. We believe in working hard, having fun while we do it, and giving our team the autonomy to own their work. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Load and unload trucks and shipments Organize and stock inventory, tools & materials in designated areas Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks; forklift training available) Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe Spot and flag damaged or incorrect inventory Assemble parts based on orders Work with your team to hit daily goals — and have some fun doing it What You Bring A strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for a full shift Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work A positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team No prior warehouse experience required Why Work With Us Real autonomy.
