The French American Academy is looking for staff and teachers enthusiastic about working with young children to join our bilingual team after-school from 3pm to 6:30pm on both our Jersey City Campus.QualificationsOver 21 years of age preferred.Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent ·Must have previous experience working with childrenHave a neat appearance and a courteous mannerDuties and ResponsibilitiesProvide students with the appropriate supervision ·Lead activities in French or in English while providing a clean, safe, and caring atmosphere for children. ·Prepare activities that are developmentally appropriate for the age of the childrenCommunicate with the parents at daily pick-up. ·Trainings provided at hiringProficiency in French is a plus (not required)Work Hours and CompensationThe position is a part-time position.
