Nursing Assistant - Float Pool 32 Hour Nights

The base salary range is $17.05 - $25.34, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.Position Summary: Nursing Assistant, Float Pool Lawrence, Full-time 32-Hour Night Shift 11 pm to 7 amDuties include, but are not limited to:A variety of Clinical Measures, including monitoring vital signs and oxygen levelsBathing, observation and mealsADLs (Activities of Daily Living)Answering call buttonsEnsures patient care is delivered by age-specific category requirements and established policy and procedure for all patient populationsResponds promptly and compassionately to patient needs and requests. Must have a can-do attitude, with a strong focus on teamwork, and possess excellent customer service skills.Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent or five years of experience in lieu of degreeBasic Life Support certification. Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.Bilingual (Spanish-English) is helpful but not required.An every-other-weekend schedule commitment is required.
