Aggtrans is on the hunt for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is crucial in generating new business opportunities and supporting our growth objectives. The ideal candidate will excel at expanding our client base, driving project opportunities, and delivering exceptional service. As an Inside Commercial Sales Representative, you'll be an integral part of the sales team, managing sales and quoting operations, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and growth goals.
Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities through research, prospecting, customer outreach, and follow-ups.
Conduct in-person prospecting through site visits, office meetings, and networking events.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing accounts to drive sales growth.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track sales activities using mapping software.
Qualifications:
Proven success in sales, with strong knowledge of the bulk aggregate materials industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to shifting priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar technologies.
Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
