NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking Door to Door Canvassers for a local roofing company that guarantees quality and offers a robust training course for their first line marketing personnel. This is a door-to-door position with a company that offers a great bonus structure for leads and fulfillments. What we are seeking: Experience knocking on doors within assigned neighborhoods to speak with community members. Communicating clearly about the products and services while listening carefully to information. Ability to answer questions, build confidence and provide materials about the roofing product and the process. Can collect information and assure potential customers that someone will be contacting them soon and providing further information and estimations. Capable of tracking information and distributing it to managers and the sales team through 3 different apps on on your cell phone. Ability to represent the company and organization in a professional and positive manner. Excellent Communications skills; both verbal and written for speaking with team members, management and potential customers. Can stand, stoop, and bend for an 8-to-10-hour shift. Someone who exhibits extroverted characteristics for meeting new people, answering questions and overcoming objections. Must be 18 years of age or older for this position. Bilingual Canvassers Preferred JOB DETAILS Locations: Office is in Salem and Canvassing area, varies daily. Hours: Between 8AM and 7PM (Hours are flexible and positions can be part-time.) Days: Monday – Friday Dress Code: Presentable jeans or khakis with comfortable shoes. A work shirt is provided. Pay: $21/h + a $50 bonus for verifiable leads and $150 bonus for each confirmed sale.
