Sales Representative

*Overview* Laser Time Painting is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships, this role is perfect for you. Help us grow by increasing our customer base and contributing to the success of our local painting business. *Responsibilities* Conduct door-to-door sales activities to generate leads and secure appointments for painting services. Knocking on doors to convert leads into estimates. Build strong relationships with potential clients, providing them with information about our services and pricing. Schedule at least 12 estimates per week through direct customer engagement. Maintain organized records of leads and sales progress using provided tools. Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. *Experience* Proven experience in door-to-door or outside sales is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with residential painting or home improvement services is a plus. Ability to manage time efficiently and meet weekly targets.
