Pricing Assistant/Analyst (Remote Role)Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Pricing Assistant / Analyst with 2 to 3 years of experience and very good English communications skills to join our Deal Operations Center Team. In this role, you will be responsible for enabling the revenue process by creating pricing models, managing contract packages, and converting data into actionable recommendations. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Execute Deal Support:Develop and review pricing models, quotes, and contract packages to ensure accuracy and completeness throughout the opportunity life cycle.Drive Data-Informed Insights:Analyze customer and sales data from multiple systems to create custom reports and presentations that identify emerging trends and provide actionable recommendations for deal performance.Ensure Global Compliance and Quality:Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and complete complex due diligence and information security questionnaires to ensure all in-country opportunities align with Iron Mountain's internal policies and procedures.What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have: 2-3 yearsof progressive experience in sales support functions or global deal operations.Strong knowledgeof Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and advanced Microsoft Excel, with a deep understanding of pricing tools and any CRM.
