Job Title: Global LMS SpecialistLocation: Marlborough, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)We are seeking a Global LMS Specialist to manage and support the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS).Key Responsibilities:Administer LMS including user management, course setup, and system maintenanceSupport system upgrades and validation activitiesGenerate reports and analyze training/compliance metricsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter ExpertsMaintain process controls and ensure regulatory complianceRequirements:3+ years of LMS administration experience (Cornerstone preferred)3+ years in Quality Management Systems or regulated environmentStrong data reporting and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities
