Administrative Coordinator
The Administrative Coordinator is to assist the Assisting Directors with the business and administrative function of the Community Participation department to a high degree of accuracy, integrity and confidentiality, along with communicating and providing a high level of customer service to our customers, departmental staff, and SPIN employees.Accountabilities Of a Administrative CoordinatorHandle and/or assist in the overall responsibilities of the department’s administrative operation functionsManage the front deskInterface with Finance and IT Department with regard to the use and maintenance of all electronic database and record systems for billing.Maintain all daily mailroom functions which include distribution of mail, copy requests, and the process of outgoing mail for postage to ensure all required information reaches the accurate location.Support all functions of individuals arriving and leaving SPIN Community & Fitness including taking attendance, managing rides, and calling CCT.Implementing all visitor policies and guidelineEnsuring high customer service to all that enter SPIN Community & Fitness.Collaborate with department managers and staff by assisting with various functions including internet research, summary reports, correspondence, communication with internal and external professionals and customers and related responsibilities.Maintain all training to be able to serve as a backup or floater Direct Support Professional in the CPS departmentsThe Tools You NeedHigh School DiplomaDriver's License in teh state of PA/NJ/DECovid-19 Vaccination Card The Expectations Of An Administrative CoordinatorTwo years of administrative experience required 5 years supporting individuals with intellectual disabilitiesExcellent organizational, oral & written communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsProficient in MS Office softwareAbility to work with a variety of people in various settingsMonday-Friday40 hours weekly
