The role will work closely with senior leadership to support planning, performance management, and organizational scalability.Essential FunctionsProvide strategic financial leadership and oversight across the organizationPartner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planningOversee financial operations, reporting, controls, and performance metricsLead and develop finance, accounting, and administrative teamsSupport organizational growth initiatives, system implementations, and process improvementsEnsure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and reporting standardsProvide financial insights to support executive decision‑makingRequirements8–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, accounting, or financial operationsExperience in mid‑to‑large organizations, multi‑entity environments, or growth‑stage companiesStrong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysisExecutive presence with the ability to communicate financial concepts to non‑financial leadersExperience working closely with executive teams and senior stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA, CPA, or similar credentials preferredResponsibilities Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight across the organization while partnering with executive leadership on budgeting and forecasting.
