Drywall Finisher

Experienced Drywall Finisher We are seeking an experienced drywall finisher to do small-to-medium-sized residential and commercial repairs, small hang and finish jobs, and painting. We are a growing business serving customers in Northwest Arkansas. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license. Excellent customer service skills, efficient work, and punctuality are necessary, as we are a company focused on customer experience. Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour based on skills and experience. Additional bonuses available after the training period. Employment type: Part-Time or Full Time, Monday thru Friday work 8-5 Required: 5+ years of finishing drywall. Strong knowledge of drywall installation and repair techniques Ability to finish, sand and match existing wall texture Must be willing to and capable of quality painting on projects Experience in minor framing and hanging drywall a plus Effective and positive communication with customers, and coworkers Physical strength, stamina and dexterity; ability to lift up to 75lbs; ability to stand for long periods of time Valid driver’s license Clean driving record Preferred: Strong attention to detail, ability to maintain a clean workspace and a positive attitude Strong work ethic Desire to learn and improve Time management skills to ensure tasks are completed on schedule without direct supervision Smart phone and ability to navigate a project app (monthly cell phone stipend) Teamwork mindset *Must pass a pre-employment background check.
