Job Description:Job Title: Process TechnicianLocation: 3050 Bowers Avenue, Santa Clara, CA 95054Duration: 18-month contractPay Range: $30 - 31/hr on W2Shift: Graveyard Shift, Monday-Thursday (9 pm-7 am 10Hr Night)Job ID: #26-11846Please note: The resource will go through the first 3 months of training on morning shift 9-6PM, Monday to FridayKey Responsibilities:We are looking for a strong TEM Technician who has passion to learn TEM in our group. In this role, the individual will be responsible for:Obtaining Bright Field, High resolution, diffraction patterns, dark field TEM and HAADF STEM images of different samplesOrganizing data, prepare and deliver summary reports to BU engineersWorking with customers and team members to optimize experiments and explain results.Operate metrology tools in FIB & TEM lab to help understand cross-section or top view critical dimension (CD), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) analysis, take high-quality imaging pending on job assignment, identify all of the patterns of interest, understand image quality requirement and sample/beam interaction to determine optimized condition, finish requested jobs under limited supervision after training.Understand basic scanning electron microscopy (SEM)/Focused Ion Beam (FIB)/Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) principles.Perform SEM/FIB/TEM system, perform routine maintenance procedures, flash, plasma clean, image calibrations, etc.Perform routine shutdown procedure. Identify the problem, put the tool down and call for service. Coordinates instrument repair and maintenance.Order equipment and supplies, and coordinates with vendors and purchasing.Interface with requestors, understand their detail requirement, and communicate on results, Coordinates with engineering on job request status.Help the lab on monitoring jobs in the queue and maintaining lab throughput.Document redo and lessons learned to lower the redo ratePick up and drop off customer coupons from other labs if neededAdhere to lab protocol and SOPsOperate semiconductor process and metrology equipment in a lab environmentOperate metrology equipment and verify and upload data to the networkMonitor data and track performance of metrology equipment and production activities per equipment requirementUnderstand written instructions to perform assigned tasksCreate and update procedures and documentationPerform basic operations of Microsoft Outlook and Office software.Follow safety protocol and processWork shift may include a compressed work week schedule to meet the productionAbility to lift to 30 lbs.Simran Bharti | Core StaffingTechnical RecruiterCell: 512.641.8764Email:LinkedIn:360 Mt.
