Timekeeper

Purpose The Timekeeper is critical in supporting timekeeping for Maxim employees on assignment with our customer to ensure our employees are paid timely and the customer is billed properly Duties and Responsibilities Ensures proper timekeeping and billing for assigned projects Administration and processing of invoicing, work records, personnel files, and associated documents Cross-function between field and corporate payroll to address any payroll related issues Assist employees in completing any paperwork if needed Maintain professional level of communication with staff throughout organization, while exercising discretion with confidential information Meet strict deadlines with occasional requirements to work evenings and weekends Performs other duties as assigned or required Minimum Requirements Education: High school diploma or GED Experience: 1+ years' experience in previous data management position preferred Skills/Knowledge: Basic mathematical skills Moderate communication and problem-solving skills Moderate ability to work in fast-paced environment and operate with a sense of urgency Advanced attention to detail Physical Demands: The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to stand and be mobile for a minimum of 8 consecutive hours and able to perform physical labor for extended periods of time in extreme temperatures.
