The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and Client Partners to meet and exceed revenue targets, both domestically and for export. This role involves setting and optimizing sales goals, building performance forecasts, and developing scalable sales strategies to drive growth. The Head of Business will also be the primary contact for major advertisers and agencies, tasked with building and maintaining long-term relationships, and will represent the business at local industry events to enhance market presence. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 10 years' experience in digital media sales and online advertising. Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and sales productivity tools is required, along with strong analytical and strategic planning skills. The role demands a candidate who is adept at turning data into actionable insights, and who can effectively communicate and collaborate with regional and global teams. Business-level proficiency in Korean and English is essential, and experience with agencies or resellers is a plus.
